For domestic delivery, we will arrange the delivery via Post Malaysia or the Citylink

For shipments with above 5 items, in most cases, our standard shipping fee as
stipulated in the above chart applies however, should the shipment become too
heavy, we will notify you of the minimal surcharge prior to charging your card.
For international orders, customer will be responsible for all tariffs, taxes, duties,
or brokerage fees. We are
not able to ascertain the additional charge for different
country. Therefore all the additional charge will be beared by the customer.
You may wish to contact your local customs office, FeDex or DHL courier service
customer service for more information.
Should you feel dissatisfied with the product in any one of the reasons below, please
feel free to return the product in accordance to our return policy.
Items received with defects in material and or workmanship. Please arrange to return
the parcel within 7 days from date of receipt and we will arrange
either full refund of replacement. We will bear the return shipping fee.
For lost or damage in transit, please contact us within 48 hours from the date of
receipt. Please hold the items for 14 days to facilitate investigation to be carried
out by the carrier. In order to speed up the investigation, recipient may wish to
take photos of the damaged goods upon receiving the parcel from the courier company.
We will process the replacement parcel upon the completion of investigation report.
For this return, we will bear the return shipping fee.
If the customer returns the items due to dissatisfaction of the product, please
contact us within 48 hours, and return the parcel within 7 days from the date of
The item must be securely packed with reselling or original condition, including
the complete case and documentation. Upon receiving the return item, we will inspect
and proceed to arrange the replacement or refund.
Please note that the return shipping fee will be beared by customer and shipping
fee will not be refundable for such cases.
* Special note on fountain pens & ink bottles
For the cases of fountain pen, you may wish to test out the nib by dipping it in
an ink bottle. We will not be able to accept return of fountain pen that had been
filled. In addition, we will not be able to accept return of used ink bottle too.
